The Jungle Gym Swing is a fantastic addition to your garden and will keep your little monkeys entertained for hours! Providing swing space for two people, Jungle Swing offers novelty in addition to tradition alongside its relaxing rocking motion. This garden swing helps to develop co-ordination and dexterity, as well as strengthening the arm and leg muscles. The Jungle Swing garden swing includes a Swing Seat and a Monkey Bar, though you might also like to customise with a Twist Disk or a Sling Swing, which can both easily be added. This garden swing is available in a medium or large size and is ideal for sharing playtime.

High quality, especially designed for children. We always use materials and finishes that are soft for the hands, provide maximum grip, and apply to the strictest health and safety requirements. With rounded edges and corners, weatherproof and UV-resistant. Place the playset on an unpaved steady surface, such as grass or a solid layer of sand. The safe play area refers to a zone extending 200 cm beyond the play set on all sides and should have a shock absorbing ground cover such as Grass or minimum depth of 50 cm (uncompressed) of Double shredded bark mulch / Uniform wood chips / Fine gravel / Fine sand. To ensure the safety of the users of the play set, the play set has to be subjected to the safety inspections described in the manual once at the beginning of each season and further twice monthly during the usage season. Only for domestic use. Only for outdoor use. Maximum user weight is 50 Kg. Not suitable for children under three years. Suitable for children from three to ten years. Maximum number of users is 12.

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Your Little Monkey has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment:
Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and payment will need to settle before we can authorise the shipment - this generally takes around 3 working days. The item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you would prefer not to receive this email please feel free to let us know at info@YourLittleMonkey.com

Unfortunately we are unable to permit collection of items. Unless otherwise stated are curb side deliveries. Delivery is arranged between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, delivery drivers may request the assistance of the item's recipient. We therefore ask for your assistance in such circumstances.

Damaged Items:
We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@YourLittleMonkey.com within 30 days so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing parts

When your delivery arrives it is your responsibility to check the packages to ensure all parts of your order have been received. If you think parts of your order are missing, tell the delivery driver and contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a list of the missing pieces.

Under normal circumstances, missing pieces will be shipped next day.

Cancellations & Refunds:
Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 14 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Any orders which are requested within 14 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns for an items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it what when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card which was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact info@yourlittlemonkey.com with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.

At Your Little Monkey we aim to offer the most competitive prices on the internet. If another online only retailer advertises a lower price than ours within a six month time frame of your purchase date we ask that you please inform us so that we can refund you the difference between their price and what you paid. Our aim is that you feel sure that you have been offered the best deal for the item you ordered.

Requesting this part refund is simple, just send us an e-mail with the link to the same product which you purchased on our website, on our competitor’s website. Remember this must be within six months from the order date.

Our 100% Price Guarantee has the following limitations.

The item must be purchased from YourLittleMonkey.com before you request your Price Match Guarantee.
Any promotions, for example, rebates, buy one get one free offers are not eligible.
The item of interest must be shown to be in stock on the competitor's website.
The website must not be a discounter or auction website (ie; eBay, overstock, etc..)
