 The new corner unit climbing frame was designed for gardens with limited space in mind. It is perfect to fit into the corner of your garden without taking up a great deal of space.

This unit comprises of two towers, the largest being the main tower, and the smaller tower has a climbing wall with a bridge that links the two towers together. The corner unit has lots to offer with climbing swinging and sliding and a picnic table tucked neatly underneath the main unit.

Cheeky Monkey frames are sold as a DIY kit, the timber is cut to length and not pre-drilled to allow for flexibility when assembling in case of uneven ground.

Material Information:

All products are of highest quality and designed with children in mind. Weatherproof and UV resistant

Surface:

You can place the climbing frame directly onto grass, or on a unpaved surface. We do recommend safe play area around the climbing frame which is 1.5m

Safe play area especially for the front of the slide so the children can land safely. Protective surfacing can be placed on the ground, such as rubber chippings/

Bark / matting / sand and artificial grass.

Warnings:

Only for domestic use, only for outdoor use. Suitable for children 3 €“ 10 years old unless stated different.

Delivery:

Delivery is 7 €“ 10 working days with a 2 man delivery team, to a choice of place. This is NOT standard curb side delivery and instead allows you to select where you would like the item to be placed!

Guarantee:

Timber is guaranteed for 10 years against rot and insect attack, the apparatus i.e. slide swing seat is guaranteed for 2 years with Cheeky Monkey.

Certification:

The Cheeky Monkey range has been tried and tested to all standards which comply with EN-71 for private use.

Order Confirmation:
After placing your order an order confirmation e-mail will be sent to you. This lets you know that Your Little Monkey has received your order and your credit or debit card has been pre-authorised for the purchase amount. Once your order is received we automatically contact our suppliers who will confirm if your item is available for immediate shipment. If, for some reason the item is unavailable (e.g. on backorder) your pre-authorisation payment will be void and we will be in touch via e-mail. If your item(s) are available for immediate shipment (within 5 business days) we will process the charges and submit the order for shipment.

Shipment:
Assuming your order is in stock, your credit card payment will be processed and payment will need to settle before we can authorise the shipment - this generally takes around 3 working days. The item will be shipped within 5 working days after the date of order. We will send a tracking information email 24 hours after your order leaves the warehouse. If you would prefer not to receive this email please feel free to let us know at info@YourLittleMonkey.com

Unfortunately we are unable to permit collection of items. Unless otherwise stated are curb side deliveries. Delivery is arranged between 8am-6pm Monday to Friday unless otherwise stated. Occasionally, delivery drivers may request the assistance of the item's recipient. We therefore ask for your assistance in such circumstances.

Damaged Items:
We ask that you inspect the packaging of your item(s) once it arrives, any damage which you notice please inform the courier and make a note of it when signing for delivery. If your item(s) arrive damaged please email photographs of the damage to info@YourLittleMonkey.com within 30 days so that we can help with the insurance claim on your behalf.

Missing parts

When your delivery arrives it is your responsibility to check the packages to ensure all parts of your order have been received. If you think parts of your order are missing, tell the delivery driver and contact us as soon as possible and within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include a list of the missing pieces. 

Under normal circumstances, missing pieces will be shipped next day. 


Cancellations & Refunds:
Returns or cancellations may be requested for a period of 14 days from receiving an item. Any return requests after 14 days from the date of delivery will not be accepted.

Any orders which are requested within 14 days from the date of delivery and are in an unopened package will be subject to a 25% processing and restocking fee. Once the order has been dispatched, the buyer (you) will take responsibility for covering the return shipping costs. We will advise the cost of returns as they vary between items.

Please note, we are unable to process returns for an items which have been opened or used. For an item to be eligible for return it must be in a resalable condition and packaged exactly as it what when received. It is only possible to process refunds to the same credit card which was used to place the order. We ask that customers please contact info@yourlittlemonkey.com with details of their request so that a return authorisation number and return address can be issued.

At Your Little Monkey we aim to offer the most competitive prices on the internet. If another online only retailer advertises a lower price than ours within a six month time frame of your purchase date we ask that you please inform us so that we can refund you the difference between their price and what you paid.  Our aim is that you feel sure that you have been offered the best deal for the item you ordered.
